If I click on https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
then I just get a blank webpage.
I can access https://www.publicmobile.ca/
but only see blank once I click on My Account.

@mgouin It works fine for me. I have never had to use Incognito mode here or anywhere else for that matter, in order to get a site to work.

Does anybody know why incognito is affecting PM website this much? A friend of mine was having issues registering his new PM sim card with very strange error code on the website, until I suggested him to try incognito.
Not a very nice first impression for a new customer... I managed to convince him to stay, but still.

Clear your browser. Use Incognito/secret mode in Firefox Safari or Chrome. It's probably time to do some device maintenance. Try to have only one window or tab open when you log into your self serve and reboot your device this should help prevent errors and weird stuff happening.

Same here my page is blank, and it only says "hello"

I was getting blank screens early as well, but it just worked for me. After trying 10 times. Hopefully, you'll get on soon!

It's normally brutally slow but works. Today it's completely out of order. PM can and should do better than this.

The Red Flag Deals effect lol. Lots of traffic due to the holiday rewards. Should be better in a few hours or in a day or so, I hope.

Yes self-serve is down atm. Koodo prepaid and Public Mobile seems to run on the same systems. As per Koodo prepaid self-service login page, banner says they are upgrading their systems. Fingers cross for improved self-serve
