how to submit a ticket

Everytime I attempt to submit ticket, it indicates an error.  I am able to verify my acoount, but encounter error when submitting

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

I need to set up my account and I can't create a ticket. please help. I need to make a payment. The public site is very stupid and no response.

@nelson_santos13   What is the issue you can PM Support to help?  Maybe you can try to share your problem and we can try to help. 

 

But to open ticket with PM Support, here you are.  If too much trouble, use Method 2 below:

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
