It is on the top right corner of your account with letters and numbers. 
You can also touch the link and share the form with your referral code already added to the activation form.

I presume you're referring to your referral code highlighted below:

This is something which you can find on your self-serve landing page.

It's intended to be provided to people you know who are planning on activating services to Public Mobile.  It will provide them with a $10 credit, and you with a $1/cycle credit against your plan amount (so long as they remain active customers).

Public Mobile's Community terms of services scorns upon it being provided through it's own forums or private messaging services.
