i can not acces online self seve account, even i speak to an agent to reset password. but it,s not working

@Nourten17, there is no email for Public Mobile. You need to send a private message to the moderator team. Click here to send them a private message.

You can recover your password by using the forgotten password function here.
If you're unable to reset it, please send an email to Public Mobile.
How to send an email ?
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose radio button "My Account"
- Choose radio button "Passwords"
- Choose radio button "I have a question related to my PIN or password"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
