The guide is relevant because the Voicemail operates the same regardless of what kind of phone you call it from.

This guide is irrelevant since it is for Home Phone. Good try though!

seems public mobile does not have option to delete/ replace the active greeting.

After you record your personal greeting, you would be able to choose between greetings, then option to choose System Greeting becomes available.

It is available, but first you need to activate / record your personal greeting, then that option would be available.

i checked the telus link regarding voicemail, but public mobile lacking last 2 options out of 5 options under personal Greetings in telus

                               Activate a Greeting- 1

                              Listen to Greetings- 2

                              Record a Greeting- 3

                              Delete a Greeting- 4

                               System Greeting- 6

seems public mobile does not have option to delete/ replace the active greeting.

I think this is the procedure you need.

  • From the handset, dial 1+ the 10-digit phone number + Send.
    or
  • From a landline, dial the 10-digit phone number and press the star key to interrupt the system greeting
  •  Enter password when prompted
  • Press 3 for Greetings options
  • Press 1 for Personal Greetings options
