There's also top-up-voucher codes that aren't PINs (even though people have called them that) that are available from all sorts of different grocery/convenience/online stores. You don't always need a PIN to top-up.
I actually don't bleive that the OP is asking about the account PIN. As you were saing, some people call the top code a PIN, but I believe that's largely because that the top up code is labelled just as that on some receipts.

As mentioned by @esjliv check your texts from 611 for your 4 digit pin #. If you cannot find it contact the moderators to find out what you originally used for your pin #. You will have to answer some additional account verifier questions before they will release your account pin # to you. Often customers mistakenly also use their account pin# for their voicemail pin #. You can always try that to see if you did do this....if so it is recommended that you change your voicemail pin # if it is indeed the same pin # as your account.

Just to clarify, there are two things going on here - when you ask for a PIN, you're basically asking for a password to your account.
There's also top-up-voucher codes that aren't PINs (even though people have called them that) that are available from all sorts of different grocery/convenience/online stores. You don't always need a PIN to top-up.
My Account, for example, uses a password (not your PIN) to access your account so that's another layer of things.
Like others have said, if you didn't already get your PIN, you'll need to contact a Moderator to get that. A ticket via SIMon chatbot is best (chat bubble, lower-right corner).

@jasperpedway : If you buy a voucher from many stores or online then you can use the 611 service without need of a PIN. You can also use the Instant Top-up method in a few stores without a PIN.
Are you not able to log in to your self-serve page?

You probably got texted the Account PIN when you activated. Check your texts from the date of activation from Public Mobile.
If you cannot find it you will need to ask Moderators to reset it.
To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two methods to reach them:
1 - Faster - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right-hand side of your screen,
or use this link to: Get Help With SIMon the Public Mobile chatbot
OR
2 – Slower - Use this link to:
Private Message to Public Mobile Moderators (PM Customer Service Representatives)
ALSO, you can top up through your Self Serve account. Have you created one yet...if not you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
