HI @heatherjg  best is to open ticket with Chatbot

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: Change username
  2. Then Click " Forgot Self-Serve Email"
  3. Next, Click "Contact Us"
  4. Last, Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

The only way to change your email address on your account is by a CS_Agent through private message or create a ticket by SIMon Chatbot on this Community page.

If you want to change your email on this Community page, click on your avatar on the top right of this page.

If you mean the account login then you can use that simply as the login. If you need to change the password and you no longer have access to that email inbox then you would need the support people to change it for you.

If you mean the community account, you can do that yourself in the my settings under your hamburger avatar.
