i m going to US for a week . i wanna to add on a US call service and date plan as total 23 dollars .
but i click the sumbit twice. that means i have two add on service in the same time .
i just wanna to cancel one of them. who knows how to cancel my add service.
it shows Available Funds: $46.00 dollars in my PM account..

it looked like you only added money to the account, no actual add-on was purchased.

@fisher if you have available funds that likely means the add-on was not added at all. To add it dial 611 from your phone. There is an option for the USA add-ons there. You can even call once you are in the USA but there you have to call 1855-4public.

@fisher, the moderator team processes private messages based on the order in which they are received. Things appear a bit hectic recently due to issues with account renewals and addon purchases. It may take a bit of time tomorrow before you hear back from them. Rest assured, they are doing their best.
BTW, when the addon purchasing is working, it is a two step proces where in step one, the required funds are transferred from the payment card into the account. The second step involves going back and actually making the addon purchase using the funds in the account. Your problem is with step 2. Others who have had issues with step 2 have been asked to use 611 for step 2.

They may be able to do a refund of one of the charges but you'll have to work that our with the moderators.

There is an issue with the add-on part of self serve right now. If you can't by the add-on with the available funds, you will need a moderator to help out.
Click this link: @CS_Agent, and give them you name, account number and a explanation of what happened and they will be able to add the add-on for you.
EDIT:. There is a bit of a moderator back log right now so they will get back to you hopefully by tomorrow.
