@renelleperron  Follow @Dunkman  and @popping instructions to reach the moderators. However in times of crisis like system failures or very lucrative promotions moderators wait times can be 48 hours or more. But lately this has greatly decreased to an average of an hour or two. It appears pm has gone on a hiring drive with lots of new moderators learning their chops on the community and reaching out to users posting issued. Keep this in mind if you don't agree with their opinion. You can always come here for feedback and seek a second opinion if you so choose.

Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Keep asking SIMon to "contact human" for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.
