I am in a similiar situation. I just signed up to the PM and picked the wrong plan.. I went back and changed my plan to the appropriate plan. But it charged me twice. How do I get my credit back?
I have autopay option.

If you purchased the plan less than 45 days ago, we are able to change it to the new one including 6GB and also give you the credit for the extra paid.
Since you paid in full, we will have to look into this.

I just change my plan from 90 days 4GB data to the 90 days 6GB. I had paid in full for the new plan, just want to know where do I get my credit back for the one before, because my old plan I used it less than 45 days, which on the website said I can get my credit back and in what form?

I had enough credit to pay for thev45$plan including 1gdata unlimited talk and text Quebec but your website had a glitch and cs support by phone changed my plan to no data because apparently I had not enough for the 45$plan which I did I had 49$.
I am requesting a refund of the 19$ left to my credit card used to pay it now as I will not renew my services with PM I am now with a different provider
