how do I downgrade my service?

Currently I used Public Mobile for all my internet needs using Hotspot. I'm moving in the summer to a place with internet and will only need PM for my phone. I will only need 3 Gb. When I try to change my plan I am only offered 80 and 100 Gb plans. How do I find an option for 3 Gb?

not like PM not allow you to downgrade, many still able to change to cheaper plan.  But the downgrade options depends on your current plan, and some cheaper plans might not be available all the time

it is not flexible, but not undoable

Wow. Just, wow. So Public Mobile will not allow me to downgrade. Very inflexible.

I guess I'll just have to cancel in the summer and get the 3 Gb plan under a new account.

same as upgrade, you need to go to My Account, click Change Subscription and choose a plan there.

If you don't see the plan you want, maybe you cannot find a cheaper plan, sorry, you won't be able to change to that then.  Just go back and check often

Sorry, very limited plans to downgrade to. What you see is what you can change to.
