Customers know about aboutr Shoppers Drug Mart and Lodon Drugs because they are big companies, but there are a lot of different stores that have Public Mobile vouchers.  Even tiny corner stores have them a lot of times but you have to ask.

Here is where you check your payment method. You can also change your credit card number here too if you wish.

If you prefer that your payments stop coming off your credit card, you can pay by vouchers.

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payvoucher

Vouchers can be purchased at places like gas stations and shoppers drug mart.

you can also use the PM app to check and update

To check the card, logon App and Check Payment page, it will show the last digits of the card in the section "update Card Information".  If you need to update the card, simply click on it (Update Card Information)

hi @Budgie2 you can check and update your payment info at My Account.  Then go to Payment, click Manage Subscription and it will show the current credit/debit card on the system.  Click Manage Payment Method to update

But be aware that the payment update is glitchy sometimes.  If you tried updating twice and fail. you will need to wait 24 hours, then try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
