@oldtimer31, your account will automatically be deactivated after 90 days of non-payment. So if your next payment due date is July 1st, don't make a payment and 90 days after this date, your account will automatically be deactivated.

This will give you 90 days to reconsider if you want to come back with us, as after 90 days, you lose your account, phone number and price plan, and there will be no possibility to gain any of these back after deactivation.

Log into self serve and cancel you service for loss and stolen but if that's is not the case then there is nothing to cancel this is a prepaid service you pay you have service and if you don't pay no service. It's as simple as that
