How to make new port request for Public to request Virgine to give my number? i created my account and approved the initial request but Virgin are not transferring my number to public.

Is your Virgin account still active? Make sure you are up to date on your payment with Virgin.
Did you reply to the text with YES with the Virgin SIM in your phone within the 90 minute window?
If you missed any of these critical step then you will need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you again at:
