i had a phoen unde rmy sister crystal holtby and someone try to port it out to a diffenet carreir thing it wa sthere and now my accoutn wont let me login in when i talk to tleus and got it fix told them to port it back in tell telus it was not that people number how can i get my numbder back work with the same plan for 50 doallr unlined canada and wide and usa callign with 6gb for and texting

it has come to our attention that multiple community accounts and threads have been created. If you ported in an inactive number, the port will not process as the number needs to be in active status.

The porting process can take upto many hours to fully complete. The mods are gone now anyway so if it hasn't completed by morning I would then contact them to look into it

@holtby7881, When did you initiate the number port, and where did you port from? The number must be from an account that is still active...
Normally, mobile number ports do not take very long if everything goes well.

Are you currently a customer with Public Mobile?
Noone may port-out a number without the account credentials. If you were hacked, better take some counter measures. PM can do nothing for you.

If it was ported out from Telus, call Telus. PM will not be able to help you.
