i had a phoen unde rmy sister crystal holtby and someone try to port it out to a diffenet carreir thing it wa sthere and now my accoutn wont let me login in when i talk to tleus and got it fix told them to port it back in tell telus it was not that people number how can i get my numbder back work with the same plan for 50 doallr unlined canada and wide and usa callign with 6gb for and texting

ye sit was for 52 doallr  and tleus port it out in someone name and i wnat is it work again i have a new sim card

No way, this deal was never offered on PM. Its too hot to go un-noticed. Perhaps OP is talking about Telus/Koodo?

@holtby7881 Uhh, was that number on Public Mobile? It is not possible to be ported out without providing the account number associated with that phone number.

Wow sound like you will have to private message a Moderator to get this looked into.  You can message them by clicking on the link in my signature.  How long have you had this plan?  This must have been a Legacy plan.
