Anyone know if Cs_agents are on duty? been trying for hours to get hold of them.

@JustinAustin  My experience is they usually reply with in 1-2 hours although it can be as many as 4 hours for a response when busy I’ve seen even longer . But if you already messages them they will definitely get back to you just have be patient and keep checking your community in box

@JustinAustin  Yes they work 7days a week 9am-10PM EST
