i’ve created an account and am still waiting for my number to be ported. landline to mobile. when i sign in to my account i am being sent a code by PM to my email which is fine, but then PM wants to send me a code to my phone number which never comes through, because it is still a landline. i need help accessing my account please

yes i tried but i expect PM is sending a text to landline so its not coming through. 

I'm looking to change my plan. i realized that the smallest plan only has 100 minutes and ill meed more than that. is there a number i can call?

@Rachelle192  porting a number from land line to PM can take 3-5 days to complete . If you need support here’s the link
