It is *611from your Public Mobile cell phone or 1-855-4PUBLIC from any phone if you became a customer before January 27, 2015.
If you became a customer on or after January 27, 2015, you must communicate with Public Mobile by web mail only. Click on Contact Us which is in the lower left column on the homepage. After clicking that, a new page will open with Email Away on it. after clicking with that, another new page will open with a web form and a hyperlink callled None of the above. Choose the one which is more appropriate to your situation.
