having problem with my reward

Public Mobile here. Just to let you know, your Refer a Friend reward will be less on your next payment due to one of your friend's account inactivity.

 i have received this . because my girlfriend auto pay did't work and did't make the payment . Then i lost one refer a friend . But made the payment after . still on my reward.

what Should i do ?

no never show on my acount again . the $1 reward did not show on my acount even though  she made the payment . she set up auto pay already . but the payment did not go itself.

The reward will return next renwal.  You can ask moderators for credit but not be worthwhile for $1.

@lewistang1990 Do you mean that her service was suspended while yours renewed and you didn't get the $1 referral reward, but it showed up in your account again after she renewed her plan?
