Hi I just transferred from Telus to Telus public mobile. I changed providers and now all my group texts are no longer working. I use them for work purposes so you can imagine the complications

Please note that PM MMS texting has a maximum of 20 participants. Any more, it won’t work.
My friend was on Freedom and they only allow a maximum of 10 participants.

Are you able to make calls and receive calls? You can text just not group texts? What about data? Have you tried placing the SIM card into a different phone to see if that works? Sometimes it's just a provisioning issue and that can resolve things.

you sure you can receive inbound calls? sometime the port was not done, no inbound calls and people not aware
iPhone's iMessage? try to remove the phone number from settings, and then reboot and enter the phone number back after reboot
and worst case, ask the group to remove you and re-add
