trying to help a friend sign up

I am trying to help a friend sign up for the $20 - 1 gig plan and I don't see it being offered. I first asked with the Chat bot and it confirmed it was available and provided the link but this $20 option is not there. Where can I access it?

Looks like that is an old expired plan. The lowest price plan is now $22 for unlimited  text and talk and no data.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I went back to my account and rewrote to the Chatbot and it provided me with another link which worked this time. It did confirm that it was not easy to find it... "the $20/1GB plan may not always be prominently displayed depending on the device or browser being used."

@HC11 I don't see any $20 plan being offered for new customers. You can review what is available to new customers here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/plans
