I am trying to help a friend sign up for the $20 - 1 gig plan and I don't see it being offered. I first asked with the Chat bot and it confirmed it was available and provided the link but this $20 option is not there. Where can I access it?Thanks! 

Hi,   On October 10th I accepted an offer to get the new 4G plan with 1 GB of data for $18. I got the response back that this would take effect at my next renewal which is toady, Nov 1st. My billing now shows up as $18 but still with the old plan inf...
