Ported number from Fido to PM - sms failed

The voice side came over fine, but texting is broken. Fido says PM has to make the request again. How do I initiate that?

can you RCS with another Android?

It never connects. If I leave it on, I am unable to text with iPhones. 

Phone is a Samsung S22. I went from Google Messages to Samsung Messages (which I have never used) and the error is the same.

Just wait patiently, sometimes texting takes a while to port over. If you're still having trouble, go to the chatbot and type "Support ticket".
