get ticket doesn’t work

i need help. i try to submit a ticket but there is a field that asks for a sim card number. if you don’t have a sim card (which i don’t) you are supposed to enter N/A. but that box won’t accept letters. help?? how can i talk to someone??

Each SIM card have it’s SIM card number like a serial number. If you ordered a SIM from PM. You will need to wait until it arrives. It may take 10 working days to 3 weeks.
