full porting my number

Hi , can sombody help me with porting. I ported from rogers to public about a week ago. Everything works except I can recieve phone calls from rogers or other carriers .My sisters have public mobile and can call me but others cannot. I called rogers and they reset everything from their wnd to no avail and told me my account is still active with them and i should call public to rectify the problem. I looked at my public account and it says I have used some data already. Not sure what to do can sombody help me.

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.  If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok  then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed (but they are closing at 10PM EST, so, likely you will have to call them tomorrow morning after 9AM EST to talk to the live support)

@Kamal123 Since Rogers account seems to be active, your porting request didn't go through properly. You have to reply to a text message within 90 mins to authorize the port out request from the Rogers sim. To re-initiate the port in request, please contact PM CS_Agent.
