got email reminder to renew payment yesterday, now the phone not work anymore.
I am going to login in self-service account but forget password
cannot renew password because don't know (or forgot) security question.

Buy a voucher from recharge.com and top up by calling 611. That should get the service going.

You will need to contact moderator to reset your password then, but the problem is the wait times are 2-3 days.

If you need to activate right away, you could buy a payment voucher in store or online (recharge.com). Enter voucher via dialing 611. Fix your credit card information in a few days when the moderators get back to you.
