forgot my password as well as my security question.

Can't log in to make a payment and my number has been temporarily suspended. 
Is there a way to change the password without the security question?

Unfortunately, you will need to contact moderator for reset if you forgot your security question.  Expect 2-3 days wait though.....  Follow instructions from mimimo

you can try calling 611 and if you know your pic and you have a cc on file you cna pay that way.  if you cant do that then you can buy a voucher online from recharge.com and still use 611 to pay via voucher.  

the only way to reset password if you cant verify onlie is via the mods... and they are replyaing in 48 hours.
