HELP! My mastercard was changed due to fraudulent activity and I need to get into my account to put my new mastercard info in. I can't remember my password but I have my 4 digit pin
What do I do?

@april3 - did you try the Forgot your password option? Try that first.
Otherwise, ask CSA for help.

@april3 You do need to login to My Account to change the credit card info.
Try wait a full hour first and then try to reset with the Forgot Password link.
If that does not work, please work with PM support to get that resolved:
