I just signed up for a 30 days plan but i forgot to add on unlimited text message and unlimited call, can someone help me with add it to my current plan????

Sure there are many things they can improve to make the online only experience user friendly. But the lack of time and effort that seems to be reluctant.

Hi @jennifer82, PM plans consist of bundle of features that make up a certain plan.
For that reason, it is better if you private message @CS_Agent explaining your issue, mentioning what plan you intended to sign up for. In your message to them, please include your account number and phone number and they will gladly help you out.

hi, thanks for your reply, actually, it was my mistake cos i had someone else helped me with signed up this plan that i did not explain clearly to him, but I think if I can modify this mistake by myself on website, that would be even better.

I don't think there is any issue with the plan selection during activation. OP mentioned that he forgot to select text and talk. Many times the system glitches out and it requires you to wait a few sec when you make the selection. It is basically the same as plan change selection on the self-serve account. You will see that when you quickly select those options, it will likely not load. Users just need a bit of patient to experience a smooth activation.

@NDesai I have noticed that this is happening a lot lately.
Do you think that the user interface or options in the sign up process can be updated to that mistakes like this can be avoided?
