forget my security question answer

Hi

I can not enter my profile to pay online. I forgot my password and security question.

No one answered mine by phone. I was confused and maybe I change my line to another famous line

because they have in person or someone who can answer my question but on Public, no one is on another side of the phone who can answer you and till now I can not change my password.(do you have a system that send new password to my Email?)

If it is possible for the last try to guide me, otherwise I have to change my line.

HI @hamid1347  the new My Account no longer needs to use Security question to reset the password

 

Did you try to use reset password there?  They can send you the security code via email or sms

 

if you still have trouble resetting it, open ticket with PM CS Agent

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

The new self serve account allows you to change your password using 2FA sent to your phone via text or your email. Is the "forgot password" not giving you those options?
