Hi,my wife send me a referral code I forgot to enter during the subscription. Can you help me add it manual to my account, so she will get $10 off. During her register as new subscriber I also buy a esim $5. Because I make a mistake I use my phone to subscribe the plan. So I have to buy a new esim to activate her phone. Will I get that credit back on her plan? Her referral code was 8RH9GP. Thanks again

PM can help to add the code back
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
