Hi there,
I installed the app, tried to activate my subscription and got stuck on step 6; -"SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED" -SOMETHING DIDN'T GO RIGHT WHILE ACTIVATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION,CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT-
Please help.

It’s been frustrating that I haven’t heard back from Public Mobile yet about my activation. I still can’t get connected or speak to a real person, so I’m wondering about cancelling my subscription. Since I haven’t been able to activate the subscription or get support, I’m questioning whether this plan is worth joining. Do you guys know know how to cancel because the payment has been applied to my credit card?

or try using a computer, some mobile browsers act funny

Hi there,
I reboot my phone, uninstalled and re-installed PM and still could not activate the subscription. I completed the ticket form but could not sent it as the "sent" button is grey. MAybe that's the reason because I'm not properly login.

Reboot phone and login the PM app again, it might work
if you cannot login or still get the same error, then you will need to open ticket with PM. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
