fewer times of ringing before going to voicenail

Hi community. I live in Toronto and have a "Samsung s20 fe" phone. I want my phone to ring three times and then go to voicemail. I entered *61*16475804001*11*15#Call and received a "successful registry" massage. However, my phone still rings 6 times before going to voicemail. Do you have a code that works for Android phones (Samsung, in my case) for Toronto?

Ask the customer support agents to amend it for you.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, or, 
2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
