Hello,
some family are visiting for a couple of months and they're looking to get a data plan to use while in Ontario only.
They'll mainly use Data but maybe some phone calls as well within the province.
My questions is does PM have a family plan of any sort? I'm already a PM subscriber, I'm wondering if they can just share the data on the plan I have and I can just purchase a SIM for them.

That 2 days is how long till they ship it. Then it can take a week or so to get delivered. Get it from Amazon it will only take a day or two to get. The sim is not locked to an a account till it's activated.

@hTideGnow it appears I can order a SIM card after logging into my own account and PM tells me it'll arrive within 2 business days. Question is can the new user use that SIM or they need to create their own PM account and order it from their own account?

hi @raahh
don't buy it from PM site, it can take long
buy the Public Mobile sim card from Telus or Koodo or MobileKlink store for $10
or buy it cheaper from Amazon for only $5

A SIM card ordered directly from Public Mobile can be expected to take about 10 business days to arrive.

You can Hotspot your data as long as there close to you. Otherwise you will need separate email for each phone and they will need to use your visa (Canadian visa) or a prepaid visa to pay and set up an account can't use another country visa to pay. As far as I know.

You’re out of luck with PM as family plans are NOT an option. All plans require a unique email address
