I need help logging into my pm account. Im out of the country and need the verification code to be texted to a different phone number or email, not my local number. Pm needs to allow more than one way to login.How can I login,anyone know?

I noticed one can purchase eSIM's now. My question is does this work like an eSIM I can purchased from Airalo, Holafly etc  and use in other countries while traveling or is the eSIM strictly meant to be used inside Canada?
