fail to activate a SIM Card in step 4 payment

I hold a VISA credit card, which was issued by Chinese Bank and VISA company. I always fail to activate SIM Card in payment.

As mentioned above, unable to use foreign country credit card except for USA/Canada.

You could purchase payment vouchers either in store or online (recharge.com - service fee applies).  Even some prepaid credit cards can be used for autopay with Public mobile.

Unfortunately PM accepts only Canadian or American bank cards.

PM only accept Visa cards issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S
