The app won't recognize physical esim adapters so I can't get passed the activation screen to even get access to my account and the esim details.
I can't switch to sim card either because website needs me to finish activation using the app that says my phone is esim unsupported.

Well I went ahead and completed activation on a phone that supports esim and then I was able to go ahead with my esim adapter. It is ridiculous that I had to do it this way do complete my activation. Being held up by an app telling me I can't activate or that I cannot switch to an physical sim card. Super poor design by Public Mobile that you don't have access to your account after you pay.

Not sure why they can't provide me the esim qr code / details. They are just holding me up at the activation page because of my phone not supporting. Can I not just complete this activation with a phone that supports esim to get the esim code and access to my code?

PM does not support physical esim adapter
you can switch back sim card. Buy a PM sim card from Telus, or Koodo or Mobile Klink and you can then message PM support and ask them to update the sim card for you
