Hello @Benj02 , Did you receive the QR code for your eSIM via email? If so, and if the following applies:
What should I do if the eSIM download fails?
If the eSIM installation fails, you have the option to retry the download up to three times. If the issue persists after three attempts, you will have the option to contact a Customer Support Agent for further assistance.

@Benj02 You have to go into the app and buy a new one subscription add on page . At the bottom of page notice shop sim . Select it and you can choose eSIM and download it and install it
