hello, I need help. I moved to a different provider. They informed me i have to cancel my esim card, which is with Public Mobile, i think the subscription needs to be canceled too. I don't know how to do that.please help

@jackie-229 hi,
When you moved to your new provider did you port your phone number? If so, you Public Mobile esim will automatically get cancelled after successful port. So there would be nothing for you to do.
