Hello,
I received the following error when trying to create an account
I am not sure what error 837 indicates

@Simpleuser Are you requesting porting as well during activation? did you enter IMEI for the porting information instead of Account number?
Do not try to activate again. Check your credit card to confirm if PM already charged you. Sometimes, there are errors but PM already charged and activated the SIM card.

Thanks for sharing that screenshot @Simpleuser . Where does that 'click here' hyperlink take you?
I would hope it takes you to where you can create a ticket with CSA (customer support), but thinking it just loops you back to a get help page or community?
Anyhow @dabr provided you with how to created a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA). So hopefully, they will get your activation sorted out.

@Simpleuser When you retry make sure to clear your browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode or you can try another browser too.

@Simpleuser check if your cc was charged yet, if not you will need to wait an hour and start over
