You should have welcome email from PM somewhere in your mailbox unless you delete it ...
It could be the same as one you use for Community. Go to your Community profile and you will see it there
If everything fails you will have to contact CSR to help you out.

@PETERWIEBE Quickest way is to try using the Forgot Password link and try with all the possible email addresses you might have. Once you have the correct email entered, you will the be asked to answer the Security Question you set up earlier.
If you still unable to get through Forgot Password link (either because you still cannot figure out the email or cannot answer the security question), open a ticket with PM CS Agent then they will sort it out for you

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
