you Have To Submit a Ticket To Contact Customer Support Agent by  ,

Explain your issue to they can solve your issue, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%. and they will change for you,

  • Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to Customer Service by CS_Agent. Click Here link to get started.

 

  • or you can send a private message to Customer Service by CS_Agent, by Click Here link
  • You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

 

  • please include in your message,
  • your account number, 
  • your phone number,
  • your account 4 digit pin,

      

  • Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, will Response to your inbox by private message 
    Check your private message inbox (click on the envelope top right of your screen)

You should have welcome email from PM somewhere in your mailbox unless you delete it ...

It could be the same as one you use for Community. Go to your Community profile and you will see it there

If everything fails you will have to contact CSR to help you out.

@PETERWIEBE   Quickest way is to try using the Forgot Password link and try with all the possible email addresses you might have.   Once you have the correct email entered, you will the be asked to answer the Security Question you set up earlier.  

 

If you still unable to get through Forgot Password link (either because you still cannot figure out the email or cannot answer the security question),  open a ticket with PM CS Agent then they will sort it out for you

 

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**After the ticket is opened, monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right.  CS Agent will communicate with you via messaging within Community
