eSim subscription failed or not finished

Hello guys, do you think my friend will be charged on her subscription plan with an eSim if she didn't finish setting up her account, but we are on the last part already of the process. I didn't finished it because I am using my phone with a public mobile account with a physical card. Please help if should I call her bank not to charge her or to stop the payment? It just happened 3 hours ago, and she can't go through to her account because we didn't finish the confirmation. Thank you.

If she didn't finish setting up her account, the next time she signs in she can pick up right from where she last left off on any Device. 

If she Activated using e-SIM it should be free unless you have to reinstall it after the Account is created, than it will cost $5.
