Hi,
I am unable to complete my activation since my phone does not support eSIM. The plan is purchased and I now have a physical SIM card. Any help from an Agent would be appreciated.

buy a sim card from Telus or Koodo store or Amazon
When you have the card, submit a ticket with CS agent and the will update the sim card number for you to complete the activation
