eSIM

  • I recently purchased an eSIM on my iPhone, while activated the eSIM, it asked about the phone IMEI, I entered the IMEI ( my son’s phone) then continually finished the set up. In the end, the eSIM is on my own phone instead of my son’s phone. Now I deleted the eSIM on my phone, but not able to add it onto my son’s phone

@MCork

you should not have deleted the esim on your phone.  You should have setup a new esim on your son's phone first and then delete yours for login 2FA

Now, you need to get a physical sim for your son and get it activated first (with the help of PM) before you can change your son's setup back to esim

but check with PM first. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

download Public Mobile app to your son's cellphone to create his account and start activation process (use a different email address than yours). He can get an esim during activation.

added...you'll likely need customer support to get your account back. Click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start.
