check your Sim Manager screen or Settings -> Cellular on the phone, any PM esim there? enable it or set Turn on this line
if not there, please check if you get a Welcome email from PM, there is a QR code to scan and install
if no email or QR code , ask CS agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
