you can only buy esim on the App.
Login the app first. If it asked for 2FA code and you cannot receive on the phone, the click Didn't receive code and then click Send email. If no Send email as an option, see if Send voice message is there. Then all you need to do is to call back your voicemail from another phone within a minute, and get the code that way
After you login the app, go to Account page , click Buy Sim card and then Buy esim there
