hi
i tired setting up the phone - picked eSIM however my phone is not compatible.
Went to store got the SIM card but cant finish setting it up - the process stopped at activating eSIM as that what i picked at the beggining, ... how to skip that ot get back to pick SIM card? very frustrated - so i paid for it but can do anyting about it.Any advise ? please and thank you

you picked esim choice when you activated originally, so you need to submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to update the physical sim card for you
