I selected eSIM during the activation thinking that I was gonna use a device supporting eSIM but the plan has changed. I will my current phone which does not support eSIM. I have not completed my activation yet. Can I ask for a SIM which was offered at 5$?

buying from PM takes long for delivery
but if you want $5 , buy from Amazon for quick shipping. I would not try other stores even it is cheaper than Amazon

SIM cards are $10 from PM or Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik stores.
$5 from Amazon
$4 at Canadian Cell supplies online.

simply buy a Public Mobile sim from Telus or Koodo store or via Amazon. After you have the sim, ask PM support agent to help to change the sim type and update the sim card number
