Getting the error “your esim could not be installed please contact support”. I tried scanning the QR code from the welcome email too and that did not work either. I’ve tried resetting my network settings and that also
didn’t help. I have a secondary esim as well but my phone (iPhone 16 Pro Max) supports dual esims. Please help I'm getting SOS only

@ConcernedPMuser You could submit another ticket , but I think they just really slow to reply because of all the issues they had with new activations last night
